Lay Eucharistic Ministers

A Eucharistic Minister is a lay person authorized to administer the consecrated elements at a celebration of Holy Eucharist. Eucharistic Ministers act under direction of a member of the clergy. Eucharistic Ministers are licensed through the clergy of St. John’s and the Diocese of Los Angeles. Licenses are renewed every third year by attending a training session held by the clergy of the church.
